It's now overhyped so don't expect serenity. Do the stepping stones for the experience which aren't slippy but some folk did find themselves needing a tad more encouragement! The walks up are uneven but manageable.

Absolute gem.. beaut of a man made cave with clear water pond, stepping stones and small fish in there too.. what do they eat 🤔 .. fabulous views over Rydal Water making way to the waves. Only 40 mins walk from Rydal. Great photo opportunity.

这里是英格兰人的后花园,空气清新,环境优美,值得你花费两天的时间,在山间和湖边走一圈,尽情享受湖区风光!

I walked from ambleside and it was a nice gentle stroll well paved mostly, I wouldn't say pram or wheelchair friendly for the last section though, I visited on a Wednesday in February in the rain and there was still a steady flow of people visiting, I'd definitely recommend it as a place to visit if you're touring the lake district.

值得帶狗狗一起去,我並非行山人士,這是容易行的山路,一家大細和狗狗也很開心

Not too taxing a walk from the lake car park, our 9 year old was very happy exploring despite it being a cold day. Very easy to find and good signposts directing the way with pathways that were in good condition (for walkers).

Очень живописное, часто фотографируемое место. Небольшое разочарование от того, что такая красота рукотворна. Нам повезло с погодой.

Unreal place to stay on a family or lads night out and hiking/camping spot.
Only a 30 minute hike up in the dark.
Views were on another level. Would highly recommend going, gonna to personally be doing this more often.
